Notes:	This course is for sutdents who have completed their online Heartcode CPR class purchased from an entity other than County Ambulance. Proof of completion is required at the time of class and only the AHA Heartcode certificarte will be accepted. certificates can be forwarded prior to class to cpr@countyamb.com.

This course is for individuals who purchased their HeartCode® online class through an entity other than County Ambulance.  You must provide a copy of their HeartCode® certificate either by email to cpr@countyamb.com or printed copy at the time of class.

• If presented with a certificate from any other online site, you will not be able to attend the class. 
• If proof of on-line completion isn't present, you will be re-scheduled into another class until proof of completion is obtained.

Please allow up to 24 hours prior to the class to sign up to ensure instructor availability.  We reserve the right to cancel single Skills Evaluations by 4 pm the day before the class for lack of enrollment.
